Carol believes that patience and listening in order to gather information to provide the best possible solution is the key to providing a “Wow” customer experience. As a home owner herself she knows the feeling when something goes wrong and the challenge of finding the right contractor. She strives to provide complete peace of mind and confidence that job will be done right. Carol resides in Syracuse, NY with her family. She has a BS in Marketing. She has experience operating a print and promotional design company.
