Sinking Concrete in Huntington, NY Garage Repaired With PolyLevel and NexusPro

John has lived in his Huntington, NY home for five years.  Since day one he has had issues with his garage door sticking due to sinking and settling concrete, and wanted to resolve the issues without having to rip up and replace the concrete.  In an effort to find a way to repair his damaged concrete, John contacted Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems would be the best choice for repairing the sinking concrete.  

PolyLevel would be used to permanently lift and level the concrete to its original state.  NexusPro would then be used to seal any cracks or joints in the concrete protecting the slabs from soil compaction and washout, ensuring no chance of further sinking.  Together, these two systems provide homeowners with successfully lifted and sealed concrete, without the need for expensive and disruptive concrete replacement.
