Challenge
In Ridge, NY, the shared walkways within a gated community had developed settled and uneven concrete, creating trip hazards and raising safety concerns for residents. These surface imperfections required prompt attention to ensure safe and accessible pathways for all.
Solution
To resolve the issue, our team used the PolyLevel system to lift and stabilize the sunken concrete slabs by injecting high-density polyurethane foam through small, pea-sized holes. This process effectively filled underlying voids and restored the surface to its proper level. We then applied NexusPro joint sealant to seal cracks and joints, providing long-term protection against water infiltration and soil erosion. The result was a smooth, secure surface built to last.
