Robert has been living in his Bohemia, NY home for 20 years. After an initial inspection of the property, our Design Specialist determined that the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems would be best suited to repair the concrete. 

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Additionally, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, protecting it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout. With these two systems in place, Robert can rest assured that his concrete is permanently lifted and stabilized. 

In Bohemia, NY, a homeowner faced cracking and sinking in their concrete patio, as you can see in the first photo. They reached out to us for a durable solution to prevent further damage.
